I highly recommend My Tile Market in Brookvale. Diane is the only person I would recommend to my customers for the assistance with Tiles. Her knowledge, professionalism and customer service is beyond words. Every experience I have with Diane is handled so quickly and efficiently and their after care has been second to none.

Excellent and personal service from start to finish. It was an absolute delight working with Diane. She helped us find the right type of tiles, toilet, taps, shower, mirror, basin and vanity unit for our long overdue bathroom renovation. Visited the showroom twice today. First visit we weren’t greeted with even a smile, let alone a good morning can we help you? Didn’t bother us, we had a good look around and found some tiles we liked. Took photos.We then visited Beaumont Tiles and H&G Tiles close by, both had excellent service and assisted us with questions and samples.Second visit, we came back to ask if we could buy a sample and knew the exact tile, as I had taken a photo from the previous visit. Asked if they could help us, it had just gone 2:30 and they just turned the lights off. Explained we would just be a minute, we knew exactly what we wanted. The lady didn’t say a word and just ignored us.I asked a second time, “Does anyone want to help us? We would be very quick. The gentleman said they do samples but the showroom is closed. The showroom lady just looked away.We walked out and drove off 2:36pmWe won’t be returning to this business.Ended up returning to H&G and showed them the photo of the tile, they ordered in a sample for us!!!

Did not have the range I was expecting and then when I did make a choice, the sample I was given appeared different to one on display. It was explained that sample was more accurate so had to cancel order. They were very good about refund though.
